As part of our partnerships service, we provide a free online Driver Compliance Training package for all placements made. This is available for 12 months and includes a test in each area and produces pass certificates to give you the piece of mind of your drivers competency.
What's included in the Contingency Service?
Contingency Recruitment Service - Pay on hire
If our Partnership Recruitment Service is not for you, we can also fulfil roles on a single vacancy basis. We will source drivers, conduct licence checks and arrange interviews at best effort, all with no risk to you as you only pay a fixed fee once the candidate has been hired. Unlike the Partnership Recruitment Service we cannot guarantee to fill the positions as with this service you will not receive all the benefits and in depth analysis that the Partnership offers with a commitment.
This service is popular with all recruitment agencies which is why most companies sign up to them, the truth is the more recruitment agencies you sign up to the less likely you are to fill your permanent positions with the drivers that you want. This is like putting multiple for sale signs outside your house and trying to sell it quickly, resulting in poor quality candidates and a poor service. This happens because all the risk lies with the recruiter with little to no commitment from the employer and if there are more than one agency being used then less effort is being applied.
